Refunds + Exchanges

Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, there are no exchanges or refunds available for change of mind.  All sales are final. 

Please ensure you measure your little one where possible prior to purchasing to avoid disappointment due to incorrect size.  Please order based on the body measurement + if in doubt, please purchase the size up.  Measurements are available to review in each item listing.  Should you have any questions on sizing, please feel free to contact us for assistance!

Shipping

Shipping within Australia:

We use Australia Post's tracked parcel option to ship within Australia.  We find this is the safest way to ensure your handcrafted items reach you.  Postage is a flat rate of AUD $8.  Your tracking number will be sent to you once your parcel is lodged.  We offer free shipping on orders over AUD $100.00 - please enter the code: FREEPOST at the time or purchase. 

We can ship via express post if you wish.  Please note this in your order if you would like us to do so + we can request the additional charges for this service via PayPal.

While all care is taken to ensure your parcel arrives to you in the same condition it leaves us in, three x four takes no responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged during transit.  We are always happy to send via registered post if you wish.  Please contact us to discuss the charges involved for this service.

Shipping for International Orders: 

All items purchased from outside of Australia are shipped using standard, non-tracked postage.  Each item listing has it's own postage value once you select your destination.  If your Country is not listed, please select the 'Everywhere Else' option + we will calculate the correct shipping charges + refund any overpayment once your item/s are shipped.  We can offer + strongly recommend adding registration to any International orders.  Please advise us in the 'notes to seller' area when placing your order if you would like us to send via registered post + we will advise on the additional charges.
