How do I order?

All items listed as 'coming soon' will include details on there release date + time.  Release dates are announced through our Instagram (@threexfourkids) + Facebook (www.facebook.com/threexfour) profiles.

On the nominated release date + time, items will change from 'coming soon' to 'available' - allowing you to add to your cart.

What is the turn around time for your work?

Each piece is handcrafted once your order is received + generally takes around 2-3 weeks from the date you order, to the day your pretty parcel arrives!  Some pieces will take a little longer, especially if you've ordered from our lace collection as the lace is ordered from OS.

I do my best to keep you up to date with any changes to the above timeline, but alway feel free to contact me should you have any concerns.

You will receive an email once your order has been started 'in process' + then again when it is completed + marked as 'shipped' you will receive a tracking number.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! Time permitting - I will always try to accept custom orders.  Best to keep your eyes on Instagram for openings, or get in touch via the contact form with the details + we can discuss.
